As the outsourcing industry has an untapped potential for development in the Republic of Moldova and is one of the industries promoted for foreign direct investment – a study research compiling the comprehensive data on the local and national outsourcing industry is essential.
ABSL Moldova is happy to share and present the first study report on Business Services in Moldova, which based on market research and interviewing up to 20 companies from the sector, present an overview of the outsourcing industry for investment and business opportunities that the Republic of Moldova and the Business Services sector can offer.
Hence, the research analyzes specific and general data about the outsourcing industry, such as the available services, languages, number of employees and companies on the market.
The research was conducted for Invest Moldova Agency and ABSL Moldova, with the support of the Economic Policy Advice to the Moldovan Government project, implemented by GIZ Moldova with the financial support of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). The study was performed by Magenta Consulting.
For this study 20 Business Process outsourcing / Shared Service Center companies were interviewed. The survey questionnaire was provided by ABSL Moldova, and was amended, tested, and improved by Magenta Consulting.
