ABSL Summit is one of the most important events in Central and Eastern Europe analyzing global trends and their impact on economic and social development.
This year, we were especially happy to participate at the event during May 30th-June 1st as part of the big ABSL Family, sharing the aims of ABSL Moldova, and data about the ever-growing potential of the outsourcing industry in our country!
The Summit’s spectacular venue, the NOSPR Concert Hall in Katowice, saw inspiring speeches and debates regarding the challenges, potential solutions, as well as, current and future trends. This amazing event also offered the opportunity to network and to have some fun in the best company.

– Business services created over 42k jobs in Poland, an increase with 11k as compared to 2021 (130 jobs created per day);
– There are 1068 investors with service centers in Poland, compared to 970 in 2020;
– 3 skills are needed to make further development happen: advanced analytics, leadership and tech savviness.
Business Services Sector has a great development potential in the Republic of Moldova and the ability to create thousands of jobs on the market.
